Love it

I just got this knife, and I do love it. It's beautiful and smooth as can be. Though I see two flaws with the one I received
1. There is a slight scratch in the thumb stud which doesn't bother me much
2. The backspaces seems to be loose. It rattles sometimes when I open the knife and the scales shift because of this it seems. I have tried to tighten it, but it doesn't seem to fix the problem. If anyone from ckf sees this I would appreciate some troubleshooting to fix this if possible.
